Description
English: Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew Schlabach, from Anderson, Ind., climbs aboard a Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority rescue boat serving as a diving platform after completing a 68-foot dive into Africa's Lake Victoria. Schlabach is participating in the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa mission to locate the wreckage of an Ilyushin 76 cargo aircraft that crashed on March 9 and retrieve information for the Ugandan government investigation.
