Français : La Cocherelle est une espèce de champignon comestible qui pousse généralement de Septembre à Octobre en lisière de forêt, au bord des chemins ou bien dans les champs entretenus voir dans les clairières. Elle est également connue pour ses propriétés anti-tumorale, antioxydante et antibiotique. C'est une espèce qui est recherchée pour son goût. Très répandue dans le Bourbonnais, elle aura donné son nom aux habitants de Saint-Plaisir nommés : Cocheriaux.
Sur l’image, vous pouvez voir une sous-espèce comestible très proche de la cocherelle, il s’agit en effet d’une « macrolepiota excoriata » autrement appelé « Petite cocherelle » ou « Lépiote excoriée ». |
