Dansk: Aften-panorama af den nordvestlige del af byen Upernavik i Grønland set fra en klippe bag byens fodboldbane i sydvestlig retning i aftensol kl. 23:45 d. 8. august 2007. Billedet er som udgangspunkt skabt i programmet Hugin ud fra 21 billeder taget med max zoom i to rækker. Lukkehastighed: 1/250 s, blænde: 5.5. Vignetter er søgt fjernet med et tilpasset polynomium i Hugin. Det genererede billede fra Hugin er efterfølgende blevet rektangulært beskåret til en højde på +1900 pixels. Lysstyrken og farvemætningen er øget en anelse, hvorefter billedet er nedskaleret til en pixelhøjde på 1500 med cubic spline interpolation. Endelig er billedet blevet Smart Sharpened ved brug af GIMP med en pixel radius på 1,0 og en amount på 1,0.
English: Evening panorama of the north-western part of the town Upernavik in Greenland. The viewpoint is a cliff near the soccer field with a south-eastern heading. The image has been generated using Hugin based on 21 individual photos taken at max zoom in two rows. Shutter speed: 1/250 s, aperture: 5.5. Vignetting has been minimized using a best fit polynomial in Hugin. The output image from Hugin has been rectangularly cropped to a pixel height of +1900 followed by a slight increase of lightness and saturation. Hereafter resampled to a pixel height of 1500 using a cubic spline interpolation. Finally, the image was Smart Sharpened using GIMP with a pixel radius of 1.0 and an amount of 1.0.
