Description
English: Cast iron, d. = 39 mm.

The Upper Silesia plebiscite was a plebiscite mandated by the Versailles Treaty and carried out in March 1921 to determine a section of the border between Weimar Germany and Poland.

Since the end of WW2 the whole of Upper Silesia is part of Poland.
