Deutsch: „Das Capitel Halberstadt mit Dompropst Friedrich und Senior Gerhard gestattet, daß der Domherr Gunzelin von Berwinkel seinen Klosterhof zwischen dem Tränketor und dem Haus von Vikar Ludolf Sasse, dem Vikar Jordan Aldach für 50 Mark verkauft; 20 Mark hat der Käufer bezahlt, für die anderen 30 Mark hat er 5 Ferding und 18 Pfennig jährlich auf Dorotheen-Tag zur Memorie des †Vikars Ludolf Berndes verschrieben. Außerdem soll nach Gunzelins Tode jährlich eine halbe Mark von dem Hofe zu seiner Memorie gezahlt werden, die für acht Mark abgelöst werden kann. 11. November 1423“. – Anhängendes rundes Kapitelsiegel mit der Umschrift: +SIGILLVM•CAPITVLI• HALBERSTADENSIS: AD CAUSAS. In der Mitte kniet der hl. Stephanus, durch einen Nimbus ausgezeichnet, der von einem Mann, seitlich hinter ihm stehend gesteinigt wird, vor Stephanus erscheint ihm Christus, das Haupt mit einem Kreuznimbus umgeben. |
