Description
English: A U.S. Marine Corps Vought F-8E Crusader (BuNo 150316) of Marine All-Weather Fighter Squadron VMF(AW)-232 "Red Devils" launches from Da Nang Air Base for a ground support mission, in 1967. The F-8E 150316 was damaged by ground fire over South Vietnam on 4 May 1967. The pilot was able to reach the South China Sea where he ejected and was rescued.
