If any one havewounded or slain any one on the territory of the com-mune, the Jurymen shall take vengeance therefor. The other articles guarantee to the members of thecommune of Noyon the complete ownership of theirproperty, and the right of not being handed over to jus-tice save before their own municipal magistrates.
