Français : Diagnostic original : Épithélioma papillaire transitionnel. Diagnostic actualisé : Carcinome urothélial papillaire. Histoire : Homme de 76 ans décédé d'une myocardite avec néphrite chronique. Description macroscopie : Vessie à paroi peu résistante, cystite et papillome de la grosseur d'une noix bourgeonnant au niveau et au-dessus de l'ouverture de l'uretère gauche qui n'est pas obstrué. Description microscopie : La tumeur vésicale est une tumeur papillaire et il ne semble pas y avoir de signes d'atypies significatives, selon la description. Année du prélèvement : 1934.
