Description
Français : Au 19e siècle, Vevey possédait un corps de Cadets composé de jeunes collégiens que l’on initiait à la vie militaire.
L’attachement profond de nombreux Veveysans à cette tradition permit à celle-ci de persister jusqu’en 2005.

Canon d'artillerie de montagne, calibre 7,5 cm. Marque Krupp, modèle 1905, fabrique en 1906.
Ce canon a été utilisé par le Corps des Cadets de Vevey de 1939 à 1980.
Le cadet porte l'uniforme de 1960.
