English: Bodice ornament, gold and rose-cut Diamonds. 1700-1720, Spain.

From the Treasury of the Cathedral of the Virgin of the Pillar, in Saragossa. ( A group of jewels was purchased by the Museum in 1870, when the Cathedral authorities sold off treasures presented to the shrine of the Virgin in order to complete their building programme. )

Victoria and Albert Museum, no. 320-1870. ( Rooms 91-92. Photographs in these rooms are now allowed.)
