English: Victorian Houses on Wilton Road, Hornsea, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. These are Nos. 1 & 2 Wilton, Albany House (left) and Migma (right). Pevsner says they were built about 1890 "..two exotic rendered facades made more startling by their present paintwork. A great mixture of details - tiled panels, pilastered window surrounds, coved eaves and Lombardic decorations.". |
