Photograph of a view of Sixth Street looking east from Spring Street, Los Angeles, ca.1905. A majority of the buildings are above four-stories tall. Notable building is the Southern Pacific building (center), just after the intersection of Sixth Street and Spring Street. Streetcar tracks line the street. Horse-drawn carriages can be seen parked or moving down the street. The street is busy with pedestrian traffic.; Legible signs include: "Salt Lake route, direct line to the goldfields of Nevada [and] Utah", "Southern Pacific, 600 S.
