English: The nuclear-powered USN attack submarine USS Virginia (SSN-774) based in New London, CT, being escorted by a naval tug and an Admiralty Pilot launch on 31st August 2013 from Portsmouth Naval Base, United Kingdom after an extended visit, that began on 24 August 2013 and was scheduled to end on 29 August. The reason for the unscheduled extension to the visit has not been disclosed. The submarine's destination is unknown.
