הגן הבוטני בעין גדי הוא גן בוטני בתחום הקיבוץ עין גדי, למעשה הוא מהווה חלק מן "החצר" של הישוב. יחודו של הגן הוא בכך שהוא צמח בין בתיו של הישוב, ואשר הולך ומשתנה עם הזמן. הבתים אינם פאר היצירה הארכיטקטונית, וביניהם פזורים מגרשי חנייה, עמודי חשמל, עגלות אשפה וכל מה שקיים בכפר חי ונושם. תושבי עין-גדי למדו להתרגל לנוכחות מבקרים בגן, ורבים מהם מעורבים בעבודה בגן, בהדרכה בגן או בשמירה עליו.
