Description
English: The movie of optomotor response in photoreceptor degenerated ChR2V+/− rat. The ChR2V+/− rat was exposed to 3000-lux intensity of fluorescent light for 7 days to induce photoreceptor degeneration. The responses of ERGs were negligible by either blue or red light (Fig. 7A). The head-tracking behavior was evaluated using a virtual optomotor system. Three digits showed the spatial frequency (cycles per degree) under the left.
