Obě společnosti vytváří pracovní a podnikatelské příležitosti pro osoby se zdravotním omezením. Od roku 2020 je členem správní rady Výboru dobré vůle – Nadace Olgy Havlové a od roku 2021 je jejím předsedou. Vojtěch Sedláček hovoří v Jelením příkopě Pražského hradu na akci zasazování 90. Stromu Olgy Havlové u příležitosti výročí jejích nedožitých 90. narozenin.

Both companies create employment and business opportunities for people with disabilities. Since 2020 he has been a member of the board of the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation and since 2021 he has been its chairman.
