Description Eagle, AK, August 5, 2009 -- Volunteers construct outhouses to accompany the newly built log homes replacing the 13 destroyed homes in Eagle, Alaska by the ice and flood of April 28 to May 31, 2009. The homes in Eagle have no running water or sewer service.
