English: Masataka Nakamura runs for the finish line during the 100-meter dash Nov. 17 as part of the Kadena Special Olympics at Risner Fitness Center, Kadena Air Base. Though around midday it started to rain, it did not spoil the attitudes of the competitors who continued to compete despite the change in weather.
