The F-8 Crusader (originally F8U) was a single-engine aircraft carrier-based air superiority fighter aircraft[1] built by Vought. This aircraft is painted in the colours of squadron VF-111 operating from the USS INtrepid, more specifically the one flown by LT Anthony J. Nargi, who downed a MiG 21 on September 19, 1968.Nederlands: Vought F-8 Crusader in het Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum.
De Chance Vought F-8 Crusader was een Amerikaanse onderscheppingsjager opererend vanaf een vliegdekschip.
