Description
Nederlands: De geneeskunde maakt duizelingwekkende ontwikkelingen door. Dat leidt weer tot allerlei nieuwe behandelmethodes. Ziektes waar je vroeger dood aan zou zijn gegaan, zijn tegenwoordig goed te behandelen. In dit college licht professor Levi deze ontwikkeling toe. Hij spreekt met een patiënt die genezen is van leukemie, een ziekte die nu goed behandelbaar is, maar vroeger in de meeste gevallen dodelijk was.
