Description
Deutsch: Wäschemangel Marke Imperator. Hersteller: Miele. Die Wäschemangel besitzt 2 Walzen und ist mit Ausnahme des Antriebs (Kurbel, Zahnräder) komplett aus Holz. Marke Auch die Blattfedern sind aus Holz. Der Druck auf die Blattfedern und damit auch auf die obere Walze ist mit einer Regulierschraube vom oberen Balken aus einstellbar. Die Blattfedern dienen dazu, dass bei Fremdkörpern in dem zu trocknendem Stoff die obere Walze ausweichen kann und so nicht der Stoff nicht zerstört. Auf der von der Kurbel aus gesehen linken Seite ist ein Klapptisch angebaut. Dieser konnte zum Auslegen und Geraderichten der zu bearbeitenden Wäsche verwendet werden.
