Object history
Deutsch: Der Rutesheimer Teilort Perouse ist ein Waldenserort. 1699 kamen die Glaubensflüchtlinge aus Italien in die Region. Seit 1972 gehört Perouse zu Rutesheim. Die Kerze im Wappen weist auf den Wahlspruch der Waldenser „Lux lucet in tenebris“ (Das Licht leuchtet in der Finsternis) hin.
