Das Wappen von Pöhlde zeigt auf goldenem Grund eine grüne Linde, wachsend auf grünem Schildfuß mit von links nach rechts sich schlängelndem, silbernem Wellenband. Der grüne Schildfuß will die Verwurzelung der Bewohner mit dem Boden andeuten, da sie fast ausschließlich landwirtschaftlich gebunden sind.
