Description Incident Command System (ICS) Finance Section Chief Yvonne Iverson (left) along with Hyllis Dauphinais, the local incident commander for Indian Health Services (right) participate in the morning briefing on April 21, 2020 at the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs reservation, Warm Springs, Oregon.
