Description
Deutsch: Der Werra-Grenzpark Herleshausen ist eine Gedenkstätte in Herleshausen, Werra-Meißner-Kreis in Hessen. Der einstige innerdeutsche Grenzübergang Wartha-Herleshausen war ein "Brennpunkt am Eisernen Vorhang". Die Gedenkstätte bietet zahlreiche Informationen - auch Zeitzeugenberichte und großformatige Fotos. Die parkartig gestalte Anlage ist am Ort des ursprünglichen Grenzkontrollpunktes in Herleshausen entstanden, die bis 1984 bestand.
