| Description |
English: West Point Apartments, Wellington Street, Leeds Its seems unlikely, but the core of this building is 30 years old, but the apartments are only a year old. This was originally Royal Mail House, which closed in 1998 and was purchased by K W Linfoot Plc. The original tall part of the building was stripped back to its steel and concrete core, and a new building erected around it. And behind the hoardings was originally a lower part of the building which has been completely demolished, to make way for Lumiere which will become Leeds tallest building at 52 storeys. See 271657
