  • Summary: The narrator looks on the street while sitting in a café, and sees the sad face of his or her sister and recalls mother's words telling not to reproach sister, but to tell how she's been missed and that she's still mother's daughter; the narrator apologize for wounded the sister's pride and says that Mother forgives and that she can now marry Jack.
