DescriptionWhy a car key is not a screwdriver (4579222826).jpg |
My car key was the obvious tool to lever open a jammed stapler in the office ... the good news is that I did have a spare key at home, so after a couple of taxi rides my car was driveable again. The bad news is that there was a thunderstorm in Riyadh while I was home, so the flooded roads meant that the taxi ride back to the office took 2 hours - and the return trip home was another 2 hours (sigh). All so I could staple a few pages together. And in case you were wondering - once the flimsy end had snapped off, the shortened key was a much better tool for the job. |
