Description
Polski: Baszta Prochownia Murowana, kamienno-ceglana budowla okrągłego kształtu, stanowiąca element stałych fortyfikacji miejskich. Znajdowała się tuż obok bramy Krakowskiej i broniła do niej dostępu. Przechowywano w niej zapasy prochu strzelniczego. Wzniesiona w 1591 r. jako basteja, która miała flankować wjazd do bramy Rudzkiej i silny punkt obronny miasta, była przystosowana do przechowywania broni palnej.
