Deutsch: Hochaltar der Rektoratskirche St. Peter in der Bundeshauptstadt Wien. Der Aufbau des Hochaltars ist ein Werk von Antonio Galli da Bibiena und das Altarbild von Martino Altomonte. Weitere bedeutende Künstler, die an der barocke Ausstattung beteiligt waren, sind Matthias Steinl und Johann Michael Rottmayr. Die Kirche selbst, Wiens erster barocker Kuppelbau, wurde ab 1701 errichtet (ab 1703 nach Plänen von Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt) und 1733 vollendet sowie geweiht.
