Summary edit

Description
English: From the bird's eye view of the previous photo to a worm's eye view of a mound of turnips (swedes?) gleaming in Winter sunshine. They were grown by or for William Power & Co. of 26 O'Connell Street, Waterford. This photo may eventually hold the record for most unusual pic of the day, but nobody can complain that we're not exploring every aspect of Ireland and Irish history!

And if there are any root vegetable experts out there, could you please weigh in on the swede versus turnip controversy?
