Description
English: Winter willow at Bollitree Castle. The mock castle was built in the 18th century by one of the Merrick family in an attempt to persuade a Spanish girl to marry him. It was supposed to make her feel more at home. Alas, she was not tempted by his efforts. The frozen pond has started to thaw.
