English: Wokingham. Joel Park, to the north of the town. The magnificent avenue of Red Oak and Lombardy Poplars were planted on 18th December 1935 by HRH the Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, High Steward of the Borough, and other civic dignitaries to commemorate the Jubilee of HM King George V.
