| Description |
English: Father age 83 years old, removes the top layer on the shoots. Swollen callused hands easily cope with thick knots. The son makes the subsequent processing where even more brute force is needed. It is necessary to separate the upper layer from the trunk with special tools. The leaves are also used for the production of essential oils used in food recipes to impart flavor, but most often in the perfume industry.
