Description
English: 1 centavo newspaper wrapper from 1899 printed in the U.S. for use in US occupied Cuba. The wrapper is used to Mexico with the addition of U.S. supplied 1 and 2 centavos adhesive stamps. The adhesive stamps are the 1 centavo Columbus and 2 centavos Royal Palms, also printed in the U.S. and which became available after mid-1899.
