Deutsch: Es handelt sich um eine mikroskopische Aufnahme von Pflanzenzellen. Die Wurzel wurde präpariert, indem sie in sehr dünne Scheiben geschnitten wurde. Zudem wurde das Gewebe mit Safranin/Astrablau eingefärbt, um Unterschiede zwischen den Zellarten hervorzuheben. Die Vergrößerung beträgt 400x.
English: This is a microscopic image of plant cells. The root was prepared by cutting it into very thin slices. In addition, the tissue was stained with Safranin/Astrablue to highlight differences between cell types. The magnification is 400x.
