English: Inscription on the wall: The theologian, dean of the Faculty of Theology, rector of the University of Zagreb, Canon Antun Kržan, lived in this palace and died on November 6, 1888. Born on June 8, 1835 in Oplaznio, Marija Gorica parish near Zaprešić. On the 110th anniversary of his death, a memorial plaque was erected by Matica Hrvatska Zaprešić, the Catholic Faculty of Theology, the First Chapter of Zagreb and the City of Zagreb. in 1998
Hrvatski: Natpis na zgradi: U ovom je dvoru živio i 6. studenoga 1888. umro teolog, dekan bogoslovnoga fakulteta, rektor sveučilišta u Zagrebu, kanonik Antun Kržan. Rođen 8. lipnja 1835. u Oplazniu, župa Marija Gorica kod Zaprešića. O 110-obljetnici smrti spomen-ploču postavili Matica Hrvatska Zaprešić, Katolički bogoslovni fakultet, Prvostolni kaptol Zagrebački i Grad Zagreb. 1998.
