Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented. De in Hengelo gevestigde zoutfabriek is de grootste van Europa. Een klein deel van het in Nederland gewonnen zout wordt bewerkt tot consumptiezout. Het grootste deel wordt afgeleverd als zgn. industrie-zout en kent vele toepassingen. SHOTS: diverse zoutvaatjes schilderijen met zout(vaten); zoutwinning in Boekelo; diverse van zoutbewerking en verwerking in zoutfabriek Hengelo; diverse van toepassingen van zout, o.a. zout strooien op wegen met sneeuw. ARCHIEFMATERIAAL: zoutwinning op Bonaire (uit zee) en in Oostenrijk (uit grotten). The salt factory in Hengelo is the largest in Europe. A small part of the salt produced in the Netehrlands is used for consumption. The largest part is so-called industry salt and has many uses. SHOTS: several salt cellars; paintings with salt (tubs); salt production in Boekelo; several shots of salt work and processing in the salt factory in Hengelo; several shots of the different uses of salt, a.o. scattering salt on snowy roads. ARCHIVE MATERIAL: salt extraction in Bonaire (from the sea) and in Austria (from caves). |
