Aktien-Gesellschaft der Zuckerfabrik Böblingen ö Namens-Aktie über Florin 1.000 = 1.000 Gulden süddeutscher Währung # 1; Böblingen/Heilbronn, 1. Januar 1863; eingetragen auf Herrn Dr. P.L. Adam, Bankier in Ulm, Originalunterschriften des Zuckerfabrikanten und Vorstandes Friedrich Cloß, als Mitglied zeichnete u.a. Bankier Richard Rümelin, Gründerstück!Die Zuckerfabrik Böblingen befand sich bereits ab 1856 in Gründung und erhielt am 22. October im Jahre 1862 die landesherrliche Genehmigung. Errichtet wurden die Fabrikanlagen am unteren See in Böblingen.Zweck war die Fabrikation von Zuckerraffinade aus Rüben. Neben der Fabrik besaß die Gesellschaft ausgedehnte Ländereien, auf denen Zuckerrübenanbau betrieben wurde. Das Kontor der Direktion befand sich in Heilbronn. Ab 1907 befand sich die AG in Liquidation, die Übernahme der Liquidationsmasse erfolgte durch die Zuckerfabrik Stuttgart. Heute gehört das ehemalige Verwaltungshaus der Zuckerfabrik Böblingen der Evangelischen Gemeinde, und wird als Jugendhaus genutzt. |
