Die Escherhäuser am Zeltweg wurden von Leonhard Zeugheer gebaut, sie waren die ersten Mietshäuser in Zürich. Heute beherbergen sie unter anderem ein portugiesisches Konsulat. Hier wohnten Johanna Spyri und Richard Wagner während seines Exils
