De Roos (The Rose), designed by architect Jules Hofman and built in 1898. Art nouveau elements in facade. Balcony frame reminds of Gaudi style design. The ground floor bay window, the first floor balcony, and the cupola above the first floor main window are the most original features. The cupola above the front entrance and the facade mosaics above the second floor windows unfortunately disappeared in the course of time.
