Nederlands: Groot fragment van een scheepsvlag, blauw met een geel Scandinavisch kruis en een gevorkte vlucht. In de bovenhals vermoedelijk een koninklijke kroon. Met dubbele inkeping aan de vluchtzijde. Deze Zweedse vlag werd door de admiraal Jacob van Wassenaer Obdam bij de Slag in de Sont op 8 november 1658 buitgemaakt. English: Large fragment of a ship's flag, blue with a yellow Scandinavian cross and a forked flight. In the upper neck probably a royal crown. With double notch on the flight-side. The Swedish flag was captured by the Dutch Admiral Jacob van Wassenaer Obdam in the Battle of the Sound on November 8, 1658. Svenska: Stort fragment av en fartygsflagga, blå med en gul skandinaviskt kors och en kluven flygning. I den övre halsen förmodligen en kunglig krona. Med dubbla spår på luftsidan. Den svenska flaggan erövrades av den holländska amiralen Jacob van Wassenaer Obdam i slaget vid Öresund den 8 november 1658. |
