Deutsch: Zweibrückenstraße 12; Deutsches Patent- und (seit 1998) Markenamt, städtebaulich markante, zur Isar hin ausgerichtete Gebäudegruppe, bestehend aus dem Scheibenhochhaus entlang der Erhardtstraße mit der ihm vorgelagerten flachen Patentauslegehalle, sowie dem blockhaft geschlossenen Atriumbau an der Zweibrückenstraße, 1953-59 nach Plänen von Franz Hart und Georg Helmuth Winkler in drei Bauabschnitten errichtet; charakteristischer Konstruktions- und Materialwechsel von massiven Ziegel-Lochfassaden (Atriumbau), Ziegelausfachung einer feingliedrigen Stahlbetonkonstruktion (Hochhaus) und Natursteinverkleidung (Auslegehalle); Gliederung der Innenhoffassaden durch farbig behandelte Putzflächen; mit Ausstattung; Supraporte mit Schlangenrelief aus Basaltlava, am Hofeingang Zweibrückenstraße, sowie Brunnen aus Nagelfluh, im Innenhof, von Fritz Koenig; Freiflächen, von Gartenarchitekt Ludwig Roemer; Generalsanierung 1991-2001; mit Erhardtstraße 38 und Morassistraße 1. |
