This image is collect by "www.spratlys.org"[1] with the description from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of ChinaENCHS--晨之晖 (talk) 03:04, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Firstly, spratlys.org is not a reliable source after Wikipedia. Secondly, the description from MOFA of PRC is not about the picture cited in spratlys.org (because if it is, why the official website of MOFA of PRC did not show it for the reader?).
