Question : de quoi sont constitués les cristaux blancs qui forment la base ? De fluorite également ? De quartz ? D'autre chose ? Johann Grimm - Et le lézard traversa la rivière... (talk) 10:20, 1 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

To use this image illustratively need to know that. Should have been raised when voting on FP.TCO (talk) 03:45, 7 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

According to the English article the color of the mineral can be "Colorless, white, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, brown, bluish black;", "Color zoning or banding is commonly present. The color of the fluorite is determined by factors including impurities, exposure to radiation, and the size of the color centers.". Take a look at Category:Fluorite as well. The mineral is composed of Calcium and Fluorine, I guess the former gives it the "white things". Neukoln (talk) 00:46, 8 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
