These do not have the white front that is characteristic of the adults of the species; they may be juveniles, but are not described as such. Walter Siegmund (talk) 19:01, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
- They're certainly goslings, probably not even fledged yet. As to identity, tricky; the bill colour is much too bright for Anser albifrons (typically pink smudged blackish in juvs.), more like Anser indicus, though without the head pattern of that species. The head shape and plumage is more like Anser anser goslings. Given the location (Lombardy, which is outside the native breeding range of any goose) and their evident tameness, I'd consider them to be domesticated geese of hybrid origin, possibly A. indicus × A. anser, and best placed in Category:Domesticated geese. - MPF (talk) 19:27, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
