- According to regional geographers de Blij and Mueller (who wrote the textbook that the map is based on) it represents the boundary of the "European core area". With core area they mean the politically, economically and culturally dominating region. Sorry if this wasn't all clear. Koyos (talk) 11:44, 2 January 2010 (UTC)

Why the fuck is Kosovo as a part of Serbia? At least make the borders in the maps dotted if Kosovo is considered as disputed Ardan1211 (talk) 03:17, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
