This is a popular version of the flag but it is not consistent with the official version. First, the leaves in the wreath do not have the correct shape and number (their number has meaning). Second, the green and blue colors used are slightly off from the official flag (For example, see this site from the Eritrean government news agency or this photo from a recent event showing the official flag in the background). Please consider replacing this with the one I have created 
here.
