@JoKalliauer: Sorry for the late reply. There is no bug in the file. The topographic background map is not a vector image it is a raster image (see the {{Bad SVG}} template in the "Additional information" section). The problem is that the background image can look bad at different sizes in some web browsers. (The Indonesia AirAsia map has a different reason, so read that talk page too.)
