Image quality

Is it possible to get a better copy of this image? This one has a number of artifacts, which are especially noticeable at the center, around the two hands of Adam and God. Larger dimensions and higher resolution would also be ideal for one of the most famous images in Western fine art. -- Alarob 06:55, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
